The Matrix Trilogy was modeled after the esoteric Trivium process, where movie one is “what” questions and answers (knowledge), movie two is “why” questions and answers (understanding), and movie three is “how” questions and answers (wisdom). It is vital that the steps of the trivium be worked in the correct order, as rushing to “how to” without first understanding “what is wrong”, and “why it is the way it is”, leads to blind compassion that causes more problems than it fixes.
